It coped an original black dash pad (would you believe for $80)
new door trims $30 bucks with the speaker holes in them
New arm rests
New Seatbelts
GTS Console & Insert
GTS Repo Dash Cover
New Carpet and most other things just touched up'ed like i said it is a daily but the interior is a hell of alot nicer now!

my dash mat was expensive too. but looks nice and tidy

personally i like the HQ dash's not sure y so many people think they r ugly ahaha. im biased tho. but always prefered them to the following model dashes.

That new generation gas set up looks heaps better than the old snorkle setup.

Whats your take on later model Sandman stripes on HQ's...

I'm trying to work out whether to go the original type HQ stripes or the later model coloured ones when i eventually finish the rust (and find someone to re-spray the outside... any takers? :errf


The Ute would be the same Aquamarine Metallic... so yeah give up your thoughts on what you think would look good

in regards to my above post do you guys reckon this would suit the aquamarine on the HQ? still toying with use original HQ strips or go the later model... i don't have guard flutes and don't plan on cutting any in to be honest... however may need some new doors mine are quite gone in the bottom...

I think it would look good to someone who didnt know they were wrong.
People who know the difference will think it to be...... well, not good.

I personally think that a set of HQ black ones would look great on your ute. But thats my opinion.

At the end of the day you are the one driving it and if you like it Do it.

i know what you mean... i'll be doing what ever i choose, just not sure at the moment so chasing peoples opinions that look at it differently...

i love the later models stripes... but prefer HQ's is a pain really... as sucks having that aquamarine sandman ute traxs model staring me in the face everyday :errf:
