Just had one of the most difficult work weeks I can remember. Just completed 5 x night shifts straight, essentially 13 hour shifts approx 5pm to 6am. Very hard on the body. Just about to go to bed, been awake since 10am yesterday. I did a massive week in my last week at the Steelworks in the mod 90's when we had a fire in the Bloom Mill, it was 6 x 16 hour shifts straight but I was a lot younger then! I think i'll sleep well tonight and part of tomorrow!
I have had hard fortnight as well working from 4am-9am in my business then 9-5.30 for someone else till I can afford to pay myself then book work on weekends
Tough going! Some weeks i do 5 x 12hrs shifts....others only a couple of 12hrs....i wont tell you about the 3 weeks off im on now!
You'll be out like a light in no time!!
Hard week hell no only work 3 days this week thats enough
And got tomorrow off to COOL
Night shift sure makes for a bad lifestyle. Feeling for you HK!
I worked night shift for 19 yrs, it's hard on everything. It paid for my house and it took it's toll on my health also. I moved to the best place and am now retired, so I can at least relax now.

Agree about night shift. I've been doing it for a bit over 7 years now. I've been over it for a while, but as above it's paying for a house and my cars.
Hard week - yes. I've been lying around recovering with rib damage after I was thrown from my Ducati due to the abysmal state of QLD roads.
