Pretty good dogs, my Mum has one. Between them and Weimeraners though, not sure which has less brains! I might be a bit harsh, but after having a Doberman (which are problem solving smart), the Dalmation and the Weimeraner before her appear to be pretty stupid. Both have more brains than my female Rotty had though!
