There are a few threads on here already about this. HQ have the little triangle bit at the top corner. There are some differences between the internal pressings relating to ash trays in sedans etc. Commercial vehicles did not have side intrusion bars in Australia due to ADR's so may be the same in NZ. Otherwise they will all fit but depends on how accurate you want your van. WB had different outer door handles.
I reckon the rust free door you find is the best one to fit personally. If someone pulls your door trims off and sees side intrusion bars then they have too much time on their hands.
