As above, all fit. Other main differences apart from those mentioned already are holes for side strips on Kingswood upwards (HQ different to HJ/X, HZ different, WB different) mirror holes (remote HQ-HZ, WB etc all different), nipples for stainless on door line on Premier/Statesman. As WBute says, all this is easier to fix than rust!
