I really would like to see more details about that van, ie VIN and ADR plate details. It is one of the earliest HZ I have seen so far. It is obviously 9/77 build, if it is Sydney or Adelaide build it will be the earliest HZ Sandman recorded so far from either of those plants. If it is Melbourne built I have 3 x earlier examples, all of which have double digit chassis numbers ie AHZ000xxM
The decals are listed on the top menu under Decals hope that is what you are after.

I doubt there would be a specific paint colour code for the decals as they were screenprinted with ink, not painted. Might have to get your painter to match up by eye, or surely it would be easier and cheaper to just buy a set of Stickthis decals?
i just want the tail gate sticker sandman in the DY2,the sign writers i get my stickers printed through, usualy charge more if i get stickers printed elsewhere and bring it to them to fit, they have the full sticker kit on there system just not the colour scheme for the DY2.
even if some1 could give me a rough idea for all 3 colours if its too much to ask?
I don't have a colour code, and there are none on record - you could try asking 3M but I don't like your chances). You could take a sample from my site here and use photoshop to give you an RGB number for your printer, but even they are an estimate.
Also remember that there are 2 types of printing methods that are used. Digital prints and screen prints, ask your printer about the pros and cons of each before you commit.
Hope that helps.
Given the money you would have spent on those rust repairs, the extra hundred or so saved on stickers would be a moot point? Not only that, but digitally printed decals won't stand up as well as a good screen printed set in terms of quality or durability.
