now ive down abit of research is it just the window bits and around the tops of the doors that get painted black and the back end?can someone please correct me?ive seen a few other sandmans with the skirts painted black,is that how they come out originally?
as for the tailgate sticker stickerthis has messaged me back and hopefully will be able to order one soon

Both skirts definitely black, as well as a lower black part on the rear quarter behind the rear wheel.
Just check out the pics in the brochures section of this site. http://mysandman.com.au/images/broch...ndman%2006.jpg

The moulds around the screen form the black part there. You could always paint it black if you wanted, even though it wouldn't be visible anyway.

    Blackout reference Pics collection

Pics on page 2 of this thread were very useful http://www.mysandman.com.au/forums/s...ight=blackouts

as well as the ethuca museum ute. I saved them and printed them out. Great reference for your paint. Alot of fine detail for the blackouts along bottom of body between front and rear wheels. http://s450.photobucket.com/albums/q...view=slideshow
    and http://s450.photobucket.com/albums/q...view=slideshow
Remember to note the blackouts on rear of the drivers/passengers windows (on body) differs from ute to van.

    Good luck!

theres a thread on here somewhere about fitting those front air dams. I think your gonna have to grind out bit by bit until you get it sitting right then take it back to be repainted or spotted up. Bit of a learning curve but panels etc generally need to be test fit and modified etc prior to painting
