    Hi guys,
A mate gave this to me today, he thinks its out of his dads old Gemmy, would it be the correct radio for my HX? It looks like the ones i have seen on ebay. He is still looking for the knobs off it.

    Thanks, Mark

The radio should be correct. As for the knobs, they could be different symbols. The yellow needle torana ones had different symbols so just making an uneducated assumption which as we all know = the mother of all f%^k ups.

Did any of the WB's have FM radio? Would a Gemini have one the same if so? I currently have a working AM radio and none of the knobs or push buttons have any writing or symbols. Are they meant too?

    Thanks guys,
Is the 'type LP40A' the number your after blocker? there are a few different numbers on it.
I remember seeing the knobs for these in the floors of cars at wreckers all the time a few years ago, should have grabbed a few back then:errf: So are there alot of different types? No rush finding them, im happy with my cd player
