Original HZ radio???

The only thing is i'm sure how much it was now.

G'day Razsandman,

I bought a HZ Sandman brand new in 1977 and there was no radio fitted to it.

I asked the salesman why the Sandman was not supplied with a radio and was advised that they were left out as most buyers fitted a better sound system to their cars and as such fitting a stock radio was considered a waste of money by Holden. My bet is that they were just being tight!
