As you would know mook Ive spent my fair time on ebay. Open a despute stating that he has not paid. This should speed things up. If he wants to back out of the sale and YOU agree there is a process to cancel the deal.

    Cheers

I am a bit annoyed, I'm defiantly stuck in a corner on this one! It's only really annoying because I sold them cheap so that i can get some fast cash. I really don't want negative feedback. I can't wait to leave his feedback......

He was moaning on the phone about driving from gawla. what a looser, i have the location of the sale clearly visible.

    I phone app

For all those people with I Phones, Check out the ebay app, the navigation is fantastic. I find it better to use as a buyer than the ebay website. I haven't done any selling using this app so i can't comment.
Check it out if you have the opportunity.

Tell him you are going to re-list them if he does not pay up. That might get him into action. Worked when I sold a manifold once.
What were these black seats you speak of by the way?

Yep, give him an ultimatum of when to pay by. You will then need to lodge a dispute with ebay so that they dont charge you the selling fees for the item getting sold.

these ones, only one small rip down the bottom of the passenger one.
I think that $165 was cheap, that's why i wanted a fast sale.

ive had bad luck selling, was selling some rb heads on there, and someone won, then never paid or responded again. and then it cost me more as ebay percentage fee from the sale!!! i whinged to them but they stated its not their problem pretty much. then we sold a old civic on there, the dude paid fast, but then we had to take car to him, and then he never changed it from OH's name until after he had a parking fine and then as we didnt have the lastname, we had all other details of this guy, he couldnt get out of the fee!!!!
1973 HQ with HZ front. Currently waiting for its resto.

i ued to worry about neg feedback but since ebay made it so the buyer can leave neg and the seller cant i figured it meens shit....tell him to jamb his seats where the sun dont shine..when and if he leaves neg you have a reply button you just cant leave an actual feedback..reply and state why you got neg..coz he is a numbnut..

i did sell full time on ebay but i got sick of opening disputes to get payment or to clear my item so i could get my final value credit fee back and then resell it..this generally wasted more than 10 days after i opened the dispute which from memory was 10 days after the auction had finished..so around 20 days before you could list it again for another 10 days and hope the process was not repeated..

ebay is a joke when it comes to buyers...its no wonder that places like manhiems that sell damaged cars etc want more than 2k for a private person to register to use the simulcast auctions they have...it gets rid of the air thieves..
