Just to get the idea juices flowing, would you like to have more articles? Maybe a listing of restoration and parts suppliers? Would you like to be able to customize your own forum colours instead of the orange, do you want to choose your own colour layout?

Have you seen stuff on other websites or forums that you think we could do better here.

Should we have an online trading store or anything else that is useful and also a bit of fun. We have a great core of people here, and I would love to see many many more being regular members.

Once we get some ideas, I'll have a look over them and see what I can do.
I would really find a database of suppliers really helpful as I am new to the restoration business. I did start up a spreadsheet of bits and pieces but it is hard to know what is value, etc from websites. Then a rating system would be helpful for each supplier as this would weed out the opportunists and poor quality suppliers and less likley to be ripped off or spend too much by being ingnorant to the fact. Quality suppliers would never need to worry as their reuptation would speak for itself anyway. It would also encourage manufacturers to improve quality as I see many comments on this forum about quality issues and their sales would drop if they have adverse comments as true restorers will always gravitate to the best for their car.

I also see many members saying I've got this or that available, maybe again a central register could be valuable, putting it out there what is lying around unused and of value to other restorers.

Then to really put it on the map only make this information available to regisstered members and for a small fee to cover development costs etc. I personally would be more than happy to pay for a quality service that helps speed up the restoration process.
