Wanted - QR 253 for my HJ

Blocker, 5 weeks isn't really on the mark, but it isn't unusual. It just depends upon many factors. It isn't so much the cast date you are looking for, but the engine number. The cast date can vary by 5 weeks between consecutive engine numbers.

That link will help you. Look above the water pump on the block for the date code.

It's cast on the top of the front rhs of the block near the timing cover, would look something like 15B7 etc ... happy hunting

Goat is after a F6 as well.
