for a genuine by the time you bought it you would have gone thru to 60k for a resto...
29k for a van that is a custom and if the quality is as good as it looks in the pics its right on the money....

I think the van would be worth that, think of how much would of been spent on building it and maintaing it in that condition. But the problem is with a van that custon finding someone that love it enough to hand that amount of cash over. there would only be a select few looking for 80s custom vans. but think of how many people would want a original sandman.
I think that van is so hot if i had the money i'd consider it![]()
1976 HJ XX7 Sandman
Genuine VN SS manual atlas grey
HX LE Coupe project
I can understand the dude wanting to get a sound proportion back of what it cost him to restore the van. Looking at it from that perspective, you make a very legitimate point. I guess this shows my arrogance in relation to pristine custom vans from the 80's. Please forgive me
I dont know what its worth......... but I like it and I reckon there should be more black vans around. Cool. It really would be a Dads worst nightmare!![]()
id pay that for itreally like it. to spend that amount on it also probably means the next owner will look after it as well as they have. bit of peace of mind i guess?
1973 HQ with HZ front. Currently waiting for its resto.
