been keeping my eye on this one for quite some time... hoping its still for sale. looks like it could have some rust though along the gutters and below the windscreen.. This will be my first resto if i get it and my cousin is pretty good with cars so i might call on him to help with the rust repairs

Looks Ok from the pics provided.... 308 4sp windowless with twin headlight front would make a good start to a nice Sandman replica.... price is reasonable if body is straight and fairly rust free..

I reckon if it is as rusty as it looks you should look elsewhere. I'd be looking for a good 6cyl one, mechanicals are cheap. Body work is time consuming and expensive.

Looks OK to me M8!! No details on the rust in the ad though so would be a good idea to have a good look over it..

what is the process for removing rust i hear around the forum people saying they cut the rust out then 'make' a bit of metal up for the spot and weld etc etc it in.. Does that mean they shape metal to fit or just cut out the same spot from a spare panel etc etc

    --- Updated ---

really should get an issue of unique cars sounds like a bargain im still in the process of saving to about 6k
