Lower pulley is the issue. Holdspares had one in stock...
Next issue, upper tailgate rubber is not letting it close at all. Wtf?

We softened up Jaf's with boiling water and then shut it.

Yeah the lower one is an AC one. As Inuendo said it would have slipped inside the standard pulley.

This is what I thought, but the groove in the rubber matches up perfect with the little metal strip and the corners fit well (even though the bottom bit of rubber seems too long)

This is exactly what I was thinking though Innuendo

Does anyone have any pics of theirs fitted?

Rubber is in backwards Mook, lipped side should be against the tailgate.

With the trouble lights on the GTS dash I have an extra light for high beams that doesn't go in the gauge. Is it possible to wire 2 sets of wires to one of the globes? Will this harm anything?
