3/4 consoles

I have seen plenty of 1/2 consoles and full but was there such a thing as a 3/4 console?
Here is some pictures I found in a fairly standard looking HJ Kingswood and the console looks factory to me.
Anyone?

Here's a HQ console that's been neatly modified to accommodate under-dash air-con (similar to above?); now shortend so the shifer is in the storage & storage is in the shifter hole!

1/2 and full consoles are what holden made.
.both those 3/4 consoles in the pics are not holdens handywork...

As Greg says. Although it is possible some of these cars left the dealer with the console like that, as some dealer fitted A/C's required a console to be shortened.

To use Dr Terry's expression ("being pedantic I know"), there is only one console - the one with the shifter in it. The "half-console" is actually called a "seat separator".
