Luckily my Punjab English is good ) and they always let me upgrade phones a bit earlier if I need too, as well as extend the warranties to the term of the contract.

My current plan is pretty good. $49 cap which includes $400 of calls and texts and a fair chunk of download limit. Calls to other Telstra users are cheap as chips and cause a lot of the family are on telstra those calls don't impact much on my allowed calls.
Same here, I've been with Telstra... (Telecom when I bought my first transportable phone in 1986) and have always had good service until this crap with the T Hub. Mobile phone coverage far outperforms any of the others and I have proven this many times comparing work phones against my Telstra connected phones.

Currently on the same $49 plan as you with our I Phones, has 1gb download.
