Your first Holdens

Obviously a bit later, but my first "Holden" and V8 (finally after ten years of waiting), was my bermuda blue HSV VT Clubsport. But as a young girl I wasn't allowed the Panelvan I first saw, or the SLR Torana ,so I ended up with a Datsun 200B (not quite what I had in mind!!) :cry:

HQ prem and put a 400 chev in,

fj40 with 350 chev, it used to do wheelstands in low range,

The only two holdens I've ever owned and still do own are a 'Persian Sand Metallic' 1975 HJ Holden Sandman & a 'Saltbush Green' 1962 EH Holden 'Special'.

On a side note my first car (just off my L's) was a 1974 XJ6 Series 1 Jaguar. It was heavily modified. Had a small block 350 Chevy V8, Turbo 350 trans, lister body kit + spoiler, 2 tone silver paint job, mag rims, slightly lowered. Used to be a show car back in the 80's + early 90's. Definitely turned heads!
