Holden didn't seem to have a problem getting them made?????

I actually hand made a few for my clocks so I will buy some knobs once they get them right... a bit of brass rod, drill and tap it, then file a slot in the end for the screwdriver.... really not that hard once I thought about it.

Yep! CNC makes things easy too!
