What is the go with new car's.

Only way to make it go any good is to put a blower on it from factory.
Same goes for turbo's IMO.
Can't produce enough HP in the factory, so they put on a bolt on accessory to help it along.

Its the current government doing this , as they have for the last few years.

baby bonus, stimulas package, water charges, drought relief, flood levy, cyclone fee so.......
