Congratulations Rob!
Well done to both of you guys (and partners). Sounds like a great day.
Good stuff Rob!
As a good HJ should! (it is really because HJ's look better, but don't tell the HZ blokes or they'll want a HJ too)
Hi All
Thanks Ian for posting photos etc. Still cannot believe that the yellow beast took out top prize. Big win for the Sandman brand when you consider all the GT's, Monaros & exotic stuff etc etc..(not Bad for a $20,000 investment)
Been told today there was a Green Sandman there as well (not sure what model). We didnt find that one Ian.This show covers such a big area you have to break it into sections, but still didnt get around all of it.
Ian we have a Tatts outlet up a few doors from our office so i might take your advice on ridng my luck.
cheers Rob.
Starting to think that I am the only one that likes HZs as well
Hey Rob Well done. Don't worry Ian, you know that I like HZ's as well so there is at least 2 of us. Must have been an awesome day, stupid work got in the way of me getting out there. We have to catch up for a cruise again soon.
Justin
We all love them. I just like HJ's better! Especially HJ GTS coupe, which is probably the best looking Holden outside of a HK GTS in my opinion. And a HJ ute is a HJ coupe utility! HZ's are awesome too though, and the twin front looks fine on a van, too much for a ute (again my opinion). I just don't like HX-Z stripes.
HZ Jasmine Yellow Windowless Sandman, now being driven everywhere and is finished!
HZ Madeira Red Windowless sandman now Sold to Bigrob
HX Mandarin Red Sandman Ute finished, and club registered
1979 HZ malachite windowless van with 308 5spd, all chromed up and shiny finished and named "The Player"
Married to RodneyHZ253
I have to step up and wave the flag for the poor old forgotten HX!
