More RS stuff for BIGCAV

iv made a little photo, is this the problem?

i have 4 v8's, hq and 3 commodores at my disposal but none of them have any original clips to compare against

do you have a sample of an original?

The top one has an angle on the locking tab which keeps slipping off the bracket. Its the same as the ones I bought off RS.
The bottom one looks like it would do the job.

the top one is a Rare spares clip i snapped to take a photo of, the bottom is a photoshop of a possible fix

i need to try and source a sample before i can fix it cause i also want to check the angle of the tabs too, they run in parralel but i think they should angle towards each other more so that when it gets clipped over the bracket there is a sort of spring tension also holding it on

if anyone else reads this and has a sample please let me know, im trying to source one now

cav...scott who supplies you guys with the hq gts fascia has already done these correctly....i originally supplied him with the samples so i suggest you contact him and save yourself some dramas..
