Whoohoo, finally found some...

Thanks to a lead from Monaro Muscle Parts I have finally aquired four meters of original NOS Nylex Slate Black vinyl to re-trim my Sandman seats and console arm rest. This is the original vinyl that was used by Holden.... not the cheap thin repro garbage that you see on Ebay for rediculous prices.

I'll take some pics of it when it arrives and post them up. Really made my day as this is the one thing I wasn't sure I could get for the restoration...... Happy me:D

I spoke with the guy today and transferred the money as soon as I got off the phone... he is an old time motor trimmer who bought a lot of Nylex stock back in 1990 before they moved oversea's. He will only courier it to you and it is not cheap.... I will only give out his number to those who are serious about purchasing some as he doesn't want to be getting calls from tyre kickers.

If you are serious about getting some PM me and I will let you know the cost, if you are still wanting some I will then give you his number. Again...... IT'S NOT CHEAP.... but necessary if you are doing an original restoration.
