Have you read the book about Bob Chamberlain, good read if you haven't?
I havnt but know a little about him. He built the 9G a lot like you would have built a small truck or commercial vehicle of the era. Front suspension and a chassis, unlike any other tractor brand of the time.
He turned the first one into Tail End Charlie and he followed the Redex bash around towing all the cars out of strife. Thats where all these 9G fans get the idea to go tractor trecking from. To me its the handiest old girl and has spent its whole life on our farm!
That's a great bit of machinery you have there wb. As you say 35 mph is pretty quick when you are sitting on them, some take a bit of pulling up too.
