It works for now M8!! There are 48 house lots goin in at the rear, where all the green grass is right now, but thats 2 years away.. 20 mins to the beach is a nice thing though..
haha if you dont want the houses to go up. go put some chemicals in the soil so they cant build there hahaha... contaminated soil is always a good way to stop construction hahaha
