    Fair enough. Is there a recommended retail price for HQ-HZ commercials anywhere or was there no such thing in those days? It would make for an interesting bit of reading.

    They exist, and the options pricing exists, but it did change regularly. I don't have much of it as yet.

    g day im new to this forum i brought a new 77hx sandman ute jade green 308 4 spd man with no decals we we not surfers hence the reason some of us at the time didnt want strips the ute cost all up $6800 hope that helps cheers kevin

    In a HQ service manual I have got (Gregorys) I think it states a radio was a $68 option, thats for an AM only!!!

    They exist alright, I'd love to get my hands on all the sandman ones.....

    but air conditioning is more to option than a 308 T400 combination... wow
