Wanted - Gazelle Arm Rests.

G'day All,
I'm after a good set of Gazelle coloured armrests for the van, so if anyone can help me out that would be great.

Damn Glenn, you should have asked a week ago.... I just sold a sedan that had Gazelle trim and excellent condition arm rests. :errf:

Spewin Abyinsth, I bought some repo black armrests a while back for a pretty penny & had them repainted with vinyl Gazelle paint. Only problem is the paint doesn't stick real good to the armrests, & started peeling off. Is very frustrating so if anyone can help out, thankyou.

Did you give the new arm rests a good scrub down with vinyl cleaner or sugar soap before you painted them??? I re-sprayed the door trims, arm rests, dashpad and console with grey vinyl spray when I did up my HX ute and didn't have a problem with it..... After about five years of daily use it had started to wear through on the arm rests and the top of the door trims.

Yeah did all that mate. If I don't get any luck trying to get a good second hand might try re-doing them again. Only one is bad compared to the other one.

I dropped in to Harrisons today but didn't think to ask if they had any armrests, I have to drop in again next week so will ask (if I remember) if they have any good used Gazelle ones available.
