When the Prem os off the hoist next i'll get pictures of its stickers. It still has some of the part number (2 digit code) stickers on the wiring harness.

HJ308. A pic of all would be great. Any you can see. I would be VERY keen to see any green paint marks etc also on the engine and brake lines, diff, springs etc etc. I am documenting them for my HZ GTS build. So this would interest me a great deal.
Does it have any decal on the wiper motor or fan motor?
Byron. Cheers that would be great also! As id imagine on yours they are in good nick. Parts picking lables are something that I have been recording for a while now on HQ-WB. So they would no doubt help also.

Here's the sticker on my HJ statesman (8/75). Photo's a bit crap cause it was in the shed with flat tyres and no battery and the pipe was in the way of getting a good angle. You should be able to see enough to compare to your's though.

Also noticed this sticker on the fan shroud. Byron probably has the same on his premier?
And something else interesting. This is the fuel tank from my Sandman (1/78). Date code of 20L7 written on the tank seems about right.
Where else should I look for handwritten date codes?
Just looking in the HJ service manual and it states that HQ and HJ had different compressors. The HQ had a 10.8 cu.in and HJ had a 12.6 cu.in with different part numbers.
The 10.8oz compressor continued on tonners all others got the 12.6oz.
I have the same sticker on my compressor (Jason I think I sent you some pics) I thought it must have been taken from a Pontiac as the people who owned it before me had a number of them, and had ratted it for the Statesman. But it looks like GMH were too cheap to change the stickers.
Leroy
you can already buy these stickers out of the states..
