yeah i was thinking it might be the cam shaft.. The manifolds dont seem to be loose but ill take a closer look.. Cheers for the info.. Im trying to hear the noise atm but its neally impossible to hear the problem while the car is in park and idling or even if i give it a bit... it seems to happen only when im driving which is a pain.. Im going to take it down the mechanics coz i dont have time to pull the engine apart and dont have the knowledge either.. But i have a spare Ef for parts i can pull apart... so ill get them to ring me with their opinion...
