No. No-one would bother with an adapter for V8 trimatic to 6cyl. You'd change the box or get a transmission shop to change the bellhousing and pump. I doubt you'd find a 6cyl to TH400 adapter either. I have heard of V6 TH700R4 to red 6cyl adapters though.
Wouldn't you end up with a few spare dollars selling a T350 and buying a 6cyl trimatic? I would have thought it'd negate the need for an adaptor.
ok so here is the pictures i took today of the rust, These are te bad spots along the seem but couldnt find much rust anywhere else.. the sills were pretty good and the gutter was clean as well couldnt find anything with the magnet in them no bubbling in there either.. cowls were all good and pretty much nothing in the firewall.. Also found this yellow wb for sale.. he wanted 8k for it.. far to much for the state it was in had a 202 4 speed..
worst of it was along here but i guess its something ill have to weigh up.
this is where the fibreglass is that we thought would be there..
the seems were pretty bubbled but not all as bad as the pics show.. some was only minor..
So thoughts?
