    Sage Green Van

I finally got a couple of pics of this Sandman van...the guy we bought our yellow van from last year bought this one with a chev in it, hense selling us the yellow van...

I rang him whilst in melbourne over the weekend, but he was in Lorne surfing, so couldn't show him the van all restored, although I had emailed some pics to him earlier this year..and told us what an amazing job we had done to it...he said he would look up the forum and join...so we may see him post sometime...am also wondering if Byron has the tags for this one, so will ask him in a text if he doesn't post up here for a while...

No idea if I have it or not as I just record the details, not where the ID comes from, unless it is something significant like a brochure car or something like that.

Yes Adam it does look like a really nice van and I think I like that colour without the stripes....

a 350 chev, is that what you mean...the guy Dean we bought it from, wanted to convert our van to a chev, but he decided to buy one already converted so he didn't have the hassle of engineer cert. etc.

    Thanks Jennie

I agree on Sage Green without decals. Most of the Darker HX and HZ colours look heaps better as DL7. Windsor blue is another perfect example. I'm not a fan of the decals at all as you know, but the lighter colours look a lot better with stripes than the darker colours do. I reckon your other HZ will look better without them too!

They were on it when we bought it, and have them sitting here ready, but will look when she is painted and decide then...

That top van would look awesome DL7. It'd actually look better if the centre colour was the same as the body and only the stripe outline was in place, sorta like that windowless one looks in the photo.
