I did put chrome sills on because I couldn't find a decent pair of standard sills (still looking). I tried to have an old set replated but that didn't work out too well.

haha yep, I have been looking on Ebay for ages and do you think a standard set of anodised door sills would show up. Why didnt the re-anodising fix them up? They all look crappy as the coating mustn't of be as tough as the chrome.

I had them zinc plated because that's what they looked like to me. The plater dipped them in twice and I ended up with a line across the middle. john

get a perfect set of chrome ones. Get them to dechrome them before they zinc them. That way you get some nice ones!
