It's actually standard fitment, but with trim rings, but only until late midish 1978 when N67 became standard.
As byron said GTS rims where standard on HZ GTS. Body coloured spokes like said.
I can put up pics of an original if people are interested.
Polycast rims on the HZ GTS where optional just like the wire wheels.
