$100 cortina that we drove for years..this was one of my first paintjobs..it was supposed to be painted dark brown but i painted it black first to see how straight i had got all the repairs..i liked it so much i left it black.2litre 4 speed..i wrecked four other cortinas to keep this on the road...
mini clubman van with heavily worked cooper s motor...another one i painted..
xb gs van 302 auto...exhaust system fell off in the middle of dee why when the mrs was driving..she just pulled over and yanked from under the car and went on her way less and exhaust and mufflers..she wasnt happy....in the background of this pic is the cortina wagon from the previous page before it was repaired and painted.

I spoke to the bloke who bought it from me in 2004.
He sold it to a bloke in SA in 2007.
EVERY time i see a HG ute on Ebay/Car sales etc i look at the build date to see if it's the one.
BO6 = Rarer then a Sandman

Seen a 253 HG auto (on the tree) ute with genuine GTS dash traded by the Holden Dealer in Esperance WA in the early 80's from an old guy who had it from new in Noreseman, I have always wondered how rare that ute would have been as I never see any genuine V8 HG utes that much on web sites.Originally Posted by agr071
