Nice old girl you had there. Seen a 253 HG auto (on the tree) ute with genuine GTS dash traded by the Holden Dealer in Esperance WA in the early 80's from an old guy who had it from new in Noreseman, I have always wondered how rare that ute would have been as I never see any genuine V8 HG utes that much on web sites.

Thanks for that. It had a factory 173 in it (when it started life), which created many arguements about it's originality.

would be around the time of the jap crap being in there yes ?
and the buick , with 455? engine ( if i remember rightly )

will have to dig out shots of the cars i bought off you :shifty:

yeh ive sold you a few now that its mentioned..:lifesaver:.im still digging thru to put some more pics up..:knockout:..some of those pics are from the holden ford valiant days but not so much jap stuff...
