So why not just make it correct for atleast one of them. The most common. HJ-WB (non tonner)
As Cav has said....

I discussed this panel today with Lance here and he explained to me the difference between the hq and hj-wb cowl panels, I was aware of the visual difference in the raised line in the top of the panel and we can overcome this difference by having 2 different inserts to go into the same tool, meaning we do a batch of hq panels then swap the insert and stamp out a batch of hj panels.

As Byron said...simple.... make the complete HJ - WB panel.... swap the insert to HQ cowl style and stamp out HJ to HZ tonner panels.... someone with a HQ buys the second panel and then cuts out the incorrect inner dash section where it suits them and use the cowl section for the repair.

85% of restorers will have a complete replacement panel that fits straight in and 15% have a little cutting to do. Majority wins......
