Room , at the moment, is not a real problem as the panels are in 1/3 of my garage. I've sent my block of flats....oops....I mean my 67 Impala down the road to a mates warehouse that he calls his sandpit. Man, you should see the sandpit I'll see if he'll let me take pics of the "memorabillia warehouse". Anyway, I've got the van in the double bay of my shed but, because it rained AGAIN yesterday, I had to put the hotrod back in with the van so I could leave the panels where they were. A couple of sickies this week should see the panels ready for paint. I've also had a few "last minute" repairs to do but am still on track (I think....I hope) to get to the spray booth on Wednesday week.

I'd love to have a bigger shed but Mrs GTS cant comprehend a 10 acre block of land with a 9.5 acre garage on it.....Oh, and a house as well..?

The panels are where the Chev is parked.....

The van is being built in the double bay.......

Unreal! that is a great colour. After all that rust cutting and welding that is a massive achievement.

Agreed. The colour is unreal. It's like a neon green? I am really looking forward to seeing the final product of this build. Keep us updated. This is one of my favourite threads...

Thanks guys and gals.....it's been a long time coming and I'm soooooooooooooo happy the paint bit is over. Now to sit down and have Christmas every day opening all the boxes of stuff I've been collecting for the past 2 years. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmm Christmas

BTW, the paint job was done by my daughters boyfriend....he's a qualified painter but gave up the trade a while back and this was his first paint job for 5 years. I've given him permission to keep taking my daughter out..... for a while longer anyway.
