I just repaired Jennie and Rods yellow needle clock. Replaced the three caps once again and away it went. Just have to re-assemble it and hopefully find a knob for it in the parts I bought on the bay.

If you have a spare knob we need one for yellow van currently, (of course we will pay for it) Rodney put a metal thing on it so he could grip it to turn it around to the correct time, if the battery was disconnected...or flat...thank you James for repairing...

What a clever idea to film it working, for you, do you need more paint, or shall I drop some money into your account?

Info needed...... I have a clock here with a grey adjusting knob but most I have seen have a black one. Does the colour of the knob relate to any specific series/model?

Mate all the clocks I have that still have their knob attached the knob is grey.... all appear to be painted grey as when I scrape them they are black underneath or you can see where the paint has worn off from too much knob handling.....

Twiddle your knob too much and it'll turn black.....or worse still... it may break off from over use...
