Rear definitely not factory fitted. Might have been dealer fitment like HQ-HJ stripes. Not much on that green ute looks factory though. If it is a HZ the following are a few:

HX grille
Front bar
No tonneau holes/clips
Twin exhaust
Tail-light surrounds
Rear spoiler
Chrome fuel cap and spill tray
Black mirrors
Stripe colour

That is from what I can see. Could easily be HX then other stuff is not factory.
