You can't find out anything in NSW as I tried, its all about privacy, I told the RTA the number plates on our original van so I could chase up the guy who bought it from us, but got know where, I had forgotton his name.

I've never been given any info either, apart from telling me if a vehicle was still registered. I'd be kind of pissed if the RTA started giving out my details to people as well.

Agree, but I was desparate, as nobody could remember the guys name who worked with him here...

just lucky you put that down here jen as it may have got messed up if you left it up in the shoutbox...its all clear to me now...
