HZ Panelvan Identification

Hi,just joined 'my SANDMAN.com' ,looks like a great site with lots of info!
Wondering if anyone can help me with identifying my HZ van,not sure if it is a Sandman but i wish!
On the large I.D plate it has 5/78, BHZ 22029S, GVW 2200 kg, Seating Cap 2 .
The other slightly smaller plate has Model HZ8W M 70, Body No. 413886-A, Trim 1931-63V, Paint 568-30522, Eng L32, Trans M20, RR Axle GV4 .
Small plate has 8M70RHH955746Z

Van has been registered before with police numbers for the motor & chassis which has been changed unfortunately.
Any help would be appreciated as it will help in decided which way to go in restoring this van. Cheers! John

It could be, but would be a pretty scarce XU3 if it is. Go looking for evidence of full length headlining.

Thanks HK1837,could not find any evidence of full hood lining.Possibly body could have been changed along with chassis but anyway i guess i am probably best off thinking that it's not a Sandman & just doing it up the way i want. Cheers John
