I know it can be hard to put an exact figure on because if people are desperate that will sometimes pay more that what they are worth but I am just curious as to what you thoughts are or anyone elses as to how much more they would have payed to be 100 percent sure as apposed to 90 percent. Are we talking $1000's more ??
