Nothing divisive on mysandman.com.au! Hope it stays that way too. If I put a photo up of the hilux I was talking about you will see what Oz means lol!

The roof, gutter and sides are a very unique folded join. It is not a matter if unpicking.
Just look at a cross section of it and you'll know.

Most common method is a cut and butt weld. It can be done and be prepared, for various feedback.

Its been well looked after,1977 hilux, one owner, furthest trip it has ever done was from here to Woolongong. Only had 113000km on the clock when the speedo stopped working in 1994.

As you can see the eurathane has come unstuck on the bonnet and it had nothing to do with the bend I put in the bonnet to clear the small truck battery I put in it!

Rico I think HZVAN on here filled his windows in by welding them.
I've spoken to MAXVAN down in Vic and he quoted me around the 2K mark to fill mine in including paint but he is busy and you would be waiting to get your van in.
The Empire Van has had it's windows welded up as it was originally a police van. I'll post some pics of inside and out when I bring her home. Outside looks as straight as inside a little messy.
    What's your budget for a van m8?

Just my way of doing it but I would find a donour window less van (might be hard) cut through the A pillars staggered of course then unpick the the sides where they join onto the top of the quarter panels. No one would know when finished.
