Whats it Worth??

Thought Id post this here so ppl would be able to gain some knowledge about what the approximate and fair value of 2nd hand parts is at the moment.
We will obviously be relying on ppl like Oz and Adam perth, Absinth and WB among many other members aswell to provide their input and knowledge on values.

I was thinkin mostly about the value of the big items:

Decent Doors
Decent Gaurds
Upper tailgate
Lower tailgate / Vans and utes
Bonnets
Front Aprons etc...

Might just help some ppl here to not get ripped off, or to list their excess parts for sale if they know that they will make some extra $$.

What I'm lookin at is for a general idea of what a reasonable price would be for a reasonable second hand part that would not take too much effort to repair to a usable item!

one thing that i am not letting go for under $350 pair, and thats front door linings with arm rests .. these are becoming really hard to find in good condition .
the alternative is $1000 for repo ones...

guys look at you stange when you say $350, but try and find some in 60A, 63V, 19V ,18V etc...

I can see at least 350 in a set of door trims that are good...... they would be nearly as hard to find as bin laden was

Upper tailgate..with minor rust $195..no rust $450 plus..
Lower tailgate / Vans and utes...never in good nick..$125 and up..
Bonnets...hq thru to wb $350...nos..good luck..
Front Aprons single light $195 to $350 across the models with hq being the more expensive..maybe a little more..nos hq $650..nos hjxz..$450..gotta find the nos ones but..
radiator supports single light nos $750 hq..hjxz..nos $350..second hand without death rattles $450 hq ..hjxz $125 and up...
front aprons dual lights..nos $1250 available in melbourne..second hand $450..
radiator supports nos $950..second hand $450...

of course these prices varie greatly downwards depending on conditions..

prices i have just quoted are what i have sold and do sell my premium parts for..if you can panelbeat and repair stuff then there is big savings..

Anyone game to put a gts dash price up? I have noticed on the bay that they have jumped from $350 to mostly pulling $650 to $700 in the last 18 months. Thats taking your chances on the gauges working as well!

Be interesting to compare this thread with prices in a couple of years!
