HJ Deluxe Kingswood ute

I found the HJ data.

Deluxe ute in HJ was based upon 8WM80 only so i'm not sure how that one got Kingswood heritage?

Option A8J. Available on M80, N35 and N69. Known as "Big Country Utility.

Had lots of Kingswood options plus plenty of heavy duty options and included the XW5 outback package.

I cannot find evidence of a Deluxe ute in HX, only sedan and wagon.

kool hey do u know if the hz vacationer came in a van?? reason being a mate has a hz van 308 tbar p/steering factory air cyan blue black trim all looks stock n unmolested and from wat i can tell is the remenants of a vacationer sticker placed where hq sandman stickers were ??? would be good to clear up as he was told its was sandman original but clearly is not .....

I have never seen any evidence of Vacationer vans. Only vans were XX7, XU3, XU4 and BO6. Send me the ID plate details and i'll see what I can make of it. Probably a B06 except these were all column shift if auto from what i've seen.

Cyan Blue is a 73 model HQ colour... not available on HZ. I painted a Hilux in Cyan Blue metallic back in the early 80's, nice colour.
