    --- Updated ---

    and another thing, when my dad was 14 he had 3 cars An FJ sedan a Windowless FB van and an FC WAGON
    the FB van got trashed because dad left it on the side of the road one day cause it broke down and some idiot come around and smashed every thing on it.

    Got a bit of history on the van

    In 1981 my dad was driving through Singleton and spotted it on the side of the road It was For Sale $5000 In these days my dad had his FC Wagon, He got a bank loan of $5000, the van had only being resprayed about 2 months before in British Racing Green seats were reupholstered in Orange and had original Black door trims with a Eagle sunroof and l88 bonnet scoop, and tripe grills tinted airstrip lights it had gts rims on it but he swapped them for a set of 12 slotters My mum had bought a love heart window which dad put in, by the time the year 84 came dad had swapped it for his 80837 Champagne Gold HQ GTS COUPE which he sold in 1991 for $5000 at the time of the Monaro he was doing the UC torrie with the 253 which got sold in 95 for the ED XR8 Sprint that we still have now.

    Interesting story accurately
    in 2001 my dad had bought an aussie 4 speed off a guy in dubbo, and when he went to pick it up he noticed the HQ sitting in his shed, he asked him would he sell it.. the bloke said Yeah you can have it for $800 at this time i was about 7 years old and did not give a dam about cars at all, anyways he went and got it brought it home and it sat behind the shed for 11 years before i started getting an interest in cars at the time we did not know that it was a genuine 4 door monaro until we put a thing up on fastlane a bloke named Paul whos user name on here is HQ SS decoded the tags for us and turned out i thought it was just a v8 Kingswood with optioned GTS interior
    HQ80469 = V8 sedan or GTS sedan
    trim code 30X = Black roebuck trim ( only avaliable to Monaros)
    but sadly it dosn't have its original Chassis :(:(
    original colour is Chrome Yellow 308 4 speed
