    Greatest Inventions?

    Heaps of amazing things have been invented over time, but there are some that are so common place these days that we take them for granted. I reckon the simple screw thread would be close to the most useful thing about.

    Silicone is one the things in the building industry that is taken for granted.how would you like to go back to soldering joints in gutter etc

    None of us would know each other, R and I certainly wouldn't have found all the parts we need although prob would have come across Ozwreck somehow..and perhaps stickthis through ebay....the site is so much fun...and I can't live without my computer for work etc.

    Tek screws must be a huge one in building as well.

    Tek screw are a great thing for speed and better fixings, pop riverts are also good because before pop riverts you had to use blind riverts

    they hold builders cars together as well as the silicon...trust me ive wrecked a few tradies utes and vans and they are what kept them on the road 5 years longer...and expandable foam..

    Gotta agree with Silicone but the mobile phone would have to be up there with the wheel!
