The van looks amazing and a real credit to you. Mine was rushed and has travelled over 50,000 klms since being registered and works hard day in day out.......and you can see it. When are we getting the two together? Are you coming to Albury for the van in?

No Van In for me. If I am ever down your way I will send you a message. Still got to get the electrical accessories sort such as the CB and wire up the service lights, connect up the auxiliary battery and air compressor that are hidden under the floor. Have also got to fit a cargo barrier and roll out storage as there are some ideas from 1979 than needed improvement! May take the van to the Muscle Car Master and hope to get a photo with the original #17 HDT Commodore some time in the coming months.

This morning I had the van out at Eastern Creek to have looks at the Southern Cross Anniversary Rally and managed to catch up with #17 HDT Commodore from the 79 Repco Trial and a couple of the drivers. Attached are photos of the van and the Commodore together.

They could have only dreamed about the EFI in a Holden Van in 1979.
