TAIL TENTS...opinion needed

hello boys n girls,i had a meeting today with the guy that is doing the tailtents..the same guy has done the hatch hutches and they are very good....anyway i was a little involved with them to start and now im more involved....

question i need to put to everyone for comment is....

how many people would like to buy a tailtent without the holden log but still with tail tent written on it as per original...??

the reason for the deletion of the lion on some would be because the tailtents will fit all the early vans hg backwards and the holden lion in that style is for hj to wb..we cannot use the early logo as its too hard but do have approval for the later logo...

price wise its looking like just under $400 ...maybe less..

Great to see that the ball is rollling on this...

I personally would be happy with whatever logo is put on there. The lion, tail tent, sandman, your own company design.... anything.

In my case, this item is not to `pretty' up my car like a show pony, but to be put to practical use and keep the elements out.

My only requirement would be that it easyily fits, is waterproof & durable.

I definately agree with Gas On! As long as it's easy to fit, waterproof & durable it's gold in my opinion. Practicle use is essential! As for the logo, I like things original. Having the original lion logo with tail tent written on the side would keep it as close to the genuine thing. If you wanted a show pony piece, you would try and find a genuine holden tail tent. However, finding one of those would be virtualy impossible, so I like your idea and I think it will really take off! I'm not looking for one atm, but thought I'd give my two cents worth...

I'd be happy with one without the lion logo just the tail tent after all it would be 1 in a million that someone would say hey thats missing a lion especially when it's out bush or parked out back a concert or festival. *shivers* would I really park my sandy at the back of a festival? too many fuck heads around that would probably kick it

no tail logo goes back further than hq which is why i want opinions...it will be done as in the pics because use of that logo is fine...or no logo at all as another option maybe for people that dont want the logo..like hq owners or earlier or...like ford owners if it fitted..havent tried so cant comment...too hard to get approval to use the early logo....

just opinions as to wether some would like no logo is all i need and of course all the peoples sayin they want it anyhow ..
