    Melbourne Cup Weekend...Long Weekend off to Lima Sth

    Hi all,
    we're planning another get away for the Melbourne cup weekend starting Friday 28th October - Tues 1st Nov... if you can take the Monday off.. why not join us for a camping/party weekend away at Lima Sth (just 30k's south of Benalla). Let us know if you want to come along and we'll make sure there's camping/parking space for you. More details closer to the date...

    Yup... u will have to come and say g'day... there'll be quite a few of us... do you know the caravan park we're staying at?

    Midland Holiday Park, Midland Hwy, Lima Sth (30km south of Benalla). Arrive fri nite or sat morn and depart Tues... our usual area is booked. So far around 6 vans coming.. great atmosphere... pool, bike tracks, walkg tracks or just sit and relax. BYO food or buy there at very reasonable prices (and the food is home cooked, not just greasy takeaways). Great people, great fun.... hope to see you there. If you need more info LMK.

    Yeah I know it Maz, I had a house out there for rent! will have to try to come out for sure, if I can may even try to organise a BBQ @ my shed in Benalla.......

    no worries... that'd be good.. need to put u in touch with a couple of vanners that have just moved there from QLD..... u'll meet them at the camp ground, they come and visit when we're there

    hey Rico.. yes, the run is still on, about 6 or 7 vans at the moment, but that can all change... it's just a matter of who shows up when... some stay the whole time, others just come for the sat/sun...

    really lookg forward to it... not sure how it will pan out... last time we only had 6 peeps, but we partied the hardest in a long time.....
